The first question I ask everyone who comes is how did you get your job? Gavin: That's a really good question. So 16 years ago, my father and my brother decided to go into business together.
And just helping people get out of debt. And it's really a family story, it's something quite cool and really passionate. Something that really excites me. And that's because my dad had a manufacturing company in the 90s that went bankrupt. And I suffered through all these financial difficulties where the lights went out, and all that kind of stuff. So after going through all of that, we decided we just wanted to help people in a similar situation get through it. And so we started that 16 years ago, and it was really successful for us. Now after doing this for so long, this is where I decided to start the Foundry Group to help business owners with all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 16 years. To improve their business and make more profit. Nathan: Yeah, wow that's amazing. And one thing we met in person earlier this week was this? Gavin: Yeah. Nathan: Damn, time flies.
