There are four main parts to a slide projector: (1) lamp, (2) bulb, (3) bellows assembly, and (4) slide tube. A slide projector uses an incandescent light bulb that is fan-cooled that produces light when electricity is applied. The bulb is mounted in the lamp base and is connected to power in the slide projectors’ lower unit.
One of the more interesting features of a slide projector is the bellows assembly. Slide projectors can produce very high amounts of heat. To keep the lamp and the glass slide holder cool, the projector is cooled by the fan. When the slide is first inserted into the slide holder, however, there is no slide to cool the glass. The projection lens is attached to the slide holder, which is part of the bellows assembly. The bellows assembly creates a funnel shape that allows air to pass through.
A slide projector’s lighting source is the incandescent bulb. This type of light source is fan-cooled, which means the fan runs constantly. Even when the bulb is not being used to project slides, the lamp is still producing light, heating the lamp and lamp holder.

MMC understands the MATLAB language and various task APIs and provides efficient intermediate language compilers for compiling functions and scripts.
The MATLAB® Engine is the core of the MATLAB product. It compiles, executes, and interprets MATLAB scripts and programs, as well as runs the M-files and M-links created by the MMC.
